Yes, we most certainly will! We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving an email, but if there is an increased volume of inquiries it may take us 2-3 business days to get back to you. To help us respond to you faster, please only send one email per inquiry.

We have 2 main locations: 5777 West Century Boulevard, Suite 1225, Los Angeles, CA, right next to the LAX, so we can quickly jump on a plane and visit our second location in Ljubljana (Cesta v Gorice 40), the capital of Slovenia, EU, where we make XVIDA products.

Every product you see on XVIDA’s web store has been checked for quality by our Quality Control Team. If you have any kind of problem with your order, please Contact us and we will do our best to help. See our Returns Policy for more details.

XVIDA does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product.

Most XVIDA products carry a 1- year Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Some products have a different warranty which is expressly indicated under product specifications. You can read more on our warranty here.

Once an order has been submitted, we do our best to pack and ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out much sooner than this). Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays (we need to catch up on our beauty sleep). 

Once an order is placed, we do our best to pack and ship out your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

You can buy XVIDA products either on this website or on Amazon.com. When we branch out to other retail locations, we’ll be sure to keep you up to date! 

XVIDA products are made in Slovenia, Europe. All orders placed within the EU are shipped from Slovenia. In cases where stock is sold out due to unexpected sales surge, we reserve the right to ship the items from other fulfilmlment centers, such as our US warehouses. 

We work with all of the major carriers, including DHL, TNT, GLS  and will determine the optimal way to get your XVIDA products to you as soon as possible. The shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout as the rates vary depending on the size of your order, where it is being sent and the shipping method (standard, expedited). 

US Shipping: Standard shipping is Priority USPS (3-8 day delivery),  Express is typically Fedex 3-day delivery guarantee.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address your provided us. If you did not receive this email please check your spam/junk mail folders. 

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to info@xvida.com with the subject line: “Order cancellation” and be sure to include your order number (or the email address used to place the order) in the body of the email. 

Please note we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding how to process a return or email info@xvida.com for help.
