I have been a long time customer of XVIDA products and they have always been great. Customer service is second to none, Mark usually answers my emails in less than 24 hrs. and is very helpful. He even sent me a new case once when I damaged my case and I was actually out of warranty. Shipping could be better, it sometimes takes a while, but when delays happen Mark has always been great and sent me a discount coupon or even refunded a portion of my costs. In today's environment of supply chain issues and competition from China, XVIDA is experiencing struggles, but so is every manufacturer. I hope they can make it through these tough times because I want to continue as a customer. Firstly because their product is superior to others on the market, it does exactly what says, simply and effectively. Secondly, their prices are comparable with other similar products, the difference is the quality of the XVIDA product. And lastly, their service to the customer. In all of my purchases and communications with XVIDA, it has been a great experience. They value their customers and show it by doing everything in their power to please the customer.
